I receive this error when attempting the Save to CRM function. 

Has anyone experienced this and know the solution?

Make sure you populate these 2 parameters

 


Thank you, this helped.  I can now save the body copy of an email to business mail.  Any idea how to get attachments to save( or is that not possible)?
