Is there any option to hide the BO record, or hide the name of the customer and Description to keep the record confidential?
Ex: We have CRM Group ABC. In this group we have:
Rep 1
Rep 2
Rep 3
Rep 4
Rep 5
When Rep 1 creates opportunity everybody in ABC Group can see this opportunity.
Is there any option to hide this opportunity as this is confidential? Only Rep 1 + CEO/Line Manager should be able to find this opportunity in the system. I tried to set it up using CRM Access IFS Online Documentation, but something may be missing.
