We need to close one customer order where Header status is delivered.

and for some lines it is invoiced closed and for some lines it is delivered.

Lines are having supply code as Inventory Order.

Hi @Deepak, all the lines should be Invoiced/Closed. Is there any reason you cannot Invoice the lines?

Can’t you invoice the delivered lines? If you go to quick order flow handling window, is the invoice option enabled for the lines?

I have found that sales qty and delivered qty are same but invoiced qty is less.

When you go quick order flow and search order, is create invoice option enabled to invoice the remaining qty?

Are you using stage billing functionality?

Hello Rasika,

We are running into a similar issue and using the staged billing functionality  - we cannot invoice and close the lines and it appears that it’s about a penny off. Please see the following screen shots - we cannot figure out when we try to make an adjustment why we cannot get the order to close.

any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you,

Abby

We have the same issue.   Did you find a solution?

@EDCLISA Unfortunately we have not found a solution yet. We have had to do a data repair in order to get the lines to close.
