while testing the CRM sales process basic data, I am able to delete an action but not a stage ! any way to do it ?
Another question, is there is a way to delete a sales process already in use by a cancelled B.O. ? Because the B.O is cancelled, I cannot change her sales process neither delete it :(

You cannot delete a stage in Sales Process window. But you can define your own Sales process template. In that option you can add/edit/delete the stages as per your need. And then you can copy that sales process template to your sales process and use it accordingly.
And as per my knowledge, once the BO is confirmed and the sales process is started, the system won’t allow you to change or delete the sales process set. So it is not allowed when the BO is cancelled too.
