We are using SSO and deploying TouchApps CRM Companion. The Server is up and the CRM Companion Application is downloaded. When the user logs in they are prompted for the windows username and password just like in Apps10 however when connect they get this error:

The documentation talks about a redirected URI and lists ifs-app.com.ifsworld.com.crmcompanion10://app not sure what this means or how you would use it.

I think the redirect uri for CRM Companion should be “ifs-app.com.ifsworld.crmcompanion10://app” as per the foundation technical documentation.

Also refer refer the Authentication configurations from below link for the exact steps that must be followed to setup the redirect URI on the identity provider that is being used in your system.

Is this something the customer configures or is this done by the IFS Cloud team on the Azure server?

If the customer is a “IFS Managed”, it may be done by the IFS cloud team.

Otherwise the customer will have to do it them selves or with the help of partner/consultant.
