In 25R1, using the CRM Companion App

I notice that on the Business Activities tile, the entire list of activities are displayed, not just for the User who has logged in.

Is there a way to configure the setting to display only the activities relevant to the User ?

Hi @AntonioInfoConsulting

You can use “CRM Access Filter” option to restrict the visibility of activities created by other users. The CRM Access controls whether users are allowed to view, update or delete a CRM record. Kindly refer below documentation information and I hope this will assist to resolve the concern. Let me know if you need any further assistance. You can also use CRM Access Group window to share the privilages within users as well.

If you were to restrict read rights through the crm access filter for the CRM Companion (so that a user only sees their own records), will the same filter restrict read rights also in the main CRM (Cloud)?

Hi @AntonioInfoConsulting

I did a testing in latest core environment. So as per the testings I’ve did when I enable the Business_Activity Access filter and created separate group for specific users (expect one) the BAs created by that user was not visible to the other users.

were you able to check similar senario?

Thanks & Best Regards
