When adding several lines to Customer Consignment stock and creating a refill order, why is it not possible to add all lines to the same customer order if Customer, address id, Coordinator and Order type are the same? the system creates a new customer order for each line/part. There is a tick box saying: “Show Open Co Lines”  but only works if specific sales part exists on an open CO, but still not possible to add different parts to an existing open Customer Order.   What is IFS process or thoughts about how to handle customer consignment stock. We are today using IFS appl. 10 but we are upgrading to IFS Cloud. I can’t find any news in the cloud environment. 

Does anyone know?

Hi, 

You can manually create the customer order with as many lines as you may wish.   

The screen you refer to is a process to automatically create the replenishment orders and that logic does not have the ability to group the replenishments into a single given order.  

You can use the replenishment to create an order, then manually add additional lines.  

You can also use the customer order template to copy recent orders and add as many lines as necessary to the same order.
