Hi,

Can you let me know the possibility of converting a package part to a sales part? The customer wants to convert some of their package parts which now will be purchased and need to be registered as the sales part in the system.  Registering a new Sales part is not a solution for them as they expect to have a same part number. 

Currently, system is not allowed to register the same part number for the sales part as the entry has been already  created in a sales part tab when registering a package part.

Is creating a new sales part with sales part cross referance including the old part number solves your problem ?

Thanks for the info. The customer would like to keep the existing part number if possible as they used this part numbers in all service manuals and installation documents sent to customer. Anyway, I will suggest and see if this can be beneficial for them. 

Do you think if there is any other way?
