column header invisible in customer order screen

In customer header screen co line level column details are not visible with some user while other user can see column details along with data.

 

 

 

Any solution to this issue greatly appreciated. :)

Hi @Amitesh_IFS,

Looks like the user has accidentally hidden all the columns. 

  1. Refresh the window(if you don’t refresh the window first, the next step might not work)
  2. Right click on the ‘+’ icon in the left most corner (refer to the screenshot below) and the “column chooser” option will appear in the context menu. 

     

  3. Now you can move all the columns to the visible columns section using the column chooser dialog.

@Charith Epitawatta Thank you all columns were added but some how it was messed up . Tried reset current view that fixed the issue. Thank you so much for the suggestion
