Hello,

I am trying to utilize the Business Mail App.

I already have the Document Import Actions set up

I have the App installed in my Outlook

What else do I need to do to have the following windows enable? My goal es connect Outlook to CRM

 

@ZTC ZTC JGOTA have you setup below configuration? 

IFS Document Management Office Add-In has to be installed on the same computer as Microsoft Outlook client is installed.

Step by step

  • Open the Microsoft Outlook client.
  • Select/Open an email message and go to IFS Applications tab.
  • Select Settings in IFS Document Management.
  • Define Language.
  • Define the URL or Path to IFS Enterprise Explorer.
  • Define preferred save option.
