Is there a screen I can go to in cloud 23r1 where I can get a list of all configured views we have in our environment ?
I am looking for a list of views themselves.

Try Solution Manager > Configuration > Custom Objects. Filter on Type = %page%. Typical naming convention uses an uppercase C as the first letter of the page name.
