Wildcard search on LOV is not working for Numeric fields

There seems to be an inconsistency with how wildcards are handled in LOV (List of Values) searches. Currently, wildcard searches using characters like "%" don't work correctly for LOV fields containing only numeric values. The system should handle numeric LOV fields in Search just like it handles regular table fields in Search/Filter, allowing wildcard searches for better filtering options.
