I have a customer (Apps 10) requirement in which they want to have Purchase Requisition Authorization rules with varying approval templates based upon the Project, Sub-project or Activity.
For example, when the PR is released, the application is checking to see which sub-project or activity is associated with the PR and fetch the corresponding PR Rule and associated approval template.
Within Purchase Authorization Basic Data, we can define the applicable Project Role ID, however on the Purchase Requisition Rule itself, we can only define a Project ID or Project Category 1 or 2.
Is there anyway this can be accomplished with core functionality?
