We are trying to see if it is possible for MRP to create a purchase requisition with minimum lot size and supplier split.

For example:

supplier A - 70%

supplier B - 30%

Part A has a minimum lot size of 24 pcs → MRP will generate a requisition that follows minimum lot size of 24. After this it will than split the requisition quantity to the 70% and 30%.  The numbers that are left after the supplier split are no longer in multiples of 24.

This still appears to be incorrectly sequencing the logical steps as of 24R1, it applies the lot size/minimum order quantity logic, and then the split logic, resulting in reqs that don’t meet the minimum.
