Is it possible to have a template PO with lines that can be used to create PO’s? We are wanting to do this for the ordering of stationary, cleaning products etc. The template can then be brought up, easily change the qty required and send to the supplier.

best option is probably to define a PO to act as a template. Then just RMB Copy Order when you want to create one.
