We rev’d a phantom but do not see it correctly reflected in the BOM of the shop order. We tried obsoleting the phantom rev but I still do not see the part in the BOM of the phantom that I’m looking for reflected in the shop order.
Suggestions?
Please let’s talk in IFS terminology, it makes it easier to relate. When you say you rev’d a phantom, I assume this means you created a new product structure for the phantom with a new phase in date, and the alternate has been made buildable. You have also made the old product structure revision obsolete, correct? And when you created the shop order for the top level item, the planned start date was after the new phase in date of the phantom?
