Is there any way in which you can trace which purchase order lines have been raised against specific material requisitions?  I can trace a purchase order line back to the purchase requisition but there doesn’t seem to be a link back to the demand source of that purchase requisition.

Hi @M_Siem , I believe you can check ‘Order Ref 1’ Column in PO line to get the material requisition number.

Hope this helps.

@Sayuri Perera thank you for your response, unfortunately, order ref 1 is blank when I check.  The supply code on the material requisition line is inventory order, does that make a difference?

Hi @M_Siem , Yes, I believe so. When the material requisition supply code is ‘Purchase Order’ and a PR and a PO is created through the MR, the Order Ref 1 would be updated accordingly in PO line. If the supply code is ‘invent order’, it fulfills the demand by issuing material from internal inventory locations.

Thanks,

Sayuri.

Hi @M_Siem,

As @Sayuri Perera mentioned Material Requisiton infromation would only be avaialble at Purchase Order line level if supply code set to Purchase Order, since this would create one to one pegging between and MR and Purchase Order line.
