material cost change to zero during movement from one location to anther loation

helllo, ihave a serious problem,when we move inventory fron one location of store to another location of store the unit cost become zero,as show in a shared picture,

we move that material from one location to another because we are unable to reserve the material  on that location, unable to acess that location,in site per user is granted,

Can you please verify the ownership of Zero Value transactions to determine if they are customer-owned?

Referring to the attached screenshot, the Ownership change transactions were also created.

we just move from one location to another location in the same store into organization, a transaction is created because we move inventory from one location to another, its very nice of you u resound

Hi ​@OWAIS.SARDAR,

Please reshare your previous screenshot showing the Part transactions detail with the Ownership column. 

Please refer to the screenshot below.

 

Please refer to the transaction id 26919 and 26920 in your screenshot, someone has changed the Part Ownership. Seems, Part cost was already Zero even before location transfer since stock was Customer Owned.

i have admin rigts ,kindly tell the process to make it its on original state,.we  are production industry, what i think we are the customer owner

Abdul’s observation on part ownership is correct it seems. 

@OWAIS.SARDAR if the part is not rented out and this happened by mistake, you should be able to reverse it. Try below and see.
