any idea how to reload the new PO authorization rule for existing POs.
We have just made the authorizer changes to PO authorization template, wondering how to make it effect to existing POs waiting to be approved.

+2I don’t think you’re going to find an easy way to do this. The authorization is triggered at PO release. If the “existing” po’s have already been released, then there would be nothing ‘natively’ to trigger the fetching of authorization rules.
The only way to fetch the new rule is to reject the authorization and subsequently re-release the PO. The ‘re-release’ should trigger the system to fetch the new rule. This can be done manually, but to do it on a larger scale consider setting up a custom event/action.
