We have a requirement where one of our suppliers need to have access to our IFS10 ERP to manage certain inventory parts (VMI).

Would appreciate if we can have documentation to setup the same along with the required permission sets to be created.

We already created B2B supplier user linked the supplier however once we login it is not displaying relevant data.

Hi @danyaal.nadeem

you can’t grant all projections (which you have in Aurena) to a B2B supplier. The projections for the B2B portal are predefined.

I am actually not savvy with the projections feature, would appreciate if you can share any steps to cater the requirement i shared.

We have a requirement where one of our suppliers need to have access to our IFS10 ERP to manage certain inventory parts (VMI). Especially visibility to onhand quantities for those specific parts only.

Hi @danyaal.nadeem

you need at least two permission sets for the B2B supplier:

  1. FND_WEBENDUSER_B2B and
  2. one for the other projections you want to assign.

Projections you can assign to a B2B supplier/customer:

You can see the projections for Aurena B2B portal also in IFS EE:

Screen: New Permission Set

Note: If you need lobbies for the supplier then you have to grant them.

And your supplier should create, cange etc. inventory parts?

How to configure access for supplier related to specific parts only.

NO, supplier should not be able to create or change inventory parts, only view onhand stock, existing demand and supply to plan replenishment.

Now we are able to view the lobby details through B2B user however in VMI products the on hand quantity and other details are not coming, we have existing on-hand quantity for the part however it is showing ‘0’ in the B2B portal.

The issue of on hand qty was resolved, the stock was under hold through the availability control id. Once the value was made null on-hand qty started appearing.
