Hi Everyone,

We are trying to move our MailboxReader functionality into ETM, however, we have hit a snag.

Our email box is currently configured to be accessed/read with MailboxReader via MS Graph API.

However, testing our ETM using this package:

https://wiki.axiossystems.com/assyst11-7Wiki/index.php/Integrations:assystETM_1.7_-_Examples

The configuration only has options for IMAP and POP - which is not supported with our o365 mailbox:

Is there any way to enable MS Graph API access?

Thanks!

Martin

Hi Martin,

Which version of ETM are you currently using?

I believe MSGraph is only available on ETM v 1.5 or later.

This is the first mention of MSGraph for the ETM in the Wiki: Integrations:assystETM 1.5 - Channel Configuration - assyst11-6Wiki (axiossystems.com)

To read Graph mails you need to set the Channel Source to ‘MS Graph Mail’ The Email source only supports the standard IMAP & POP3 protocols.

My kind apologies everyone - after importing the channels from the wiki and looking into the config… I didn’t bother looking at the Source menu.

I see it now - thank you Paul and KevinM for your kind replies.

I’ll be playing around with it some more to see if I can figure everything out. :)
