We are accessibility testing our portal following an upgrade to 11.6.0 and our testers have raised a question around aria labelling on elements within the update history (shown below).

The labelling states that this is a clickable element, which is correct. However, actually clicking on it doesn't seem to do anything other that affect the CSS (border pictured above).

My question:

Does anyone have any functionality (that we may not use or have turned on) that results in any different behaviours? Contact User actions, pop-ups, etc?

Hi Steve,

When  you click on the ‘Updates’ tab , it will display all actions which have been taken against the Event.
If you click on the ‘Details; tab, it will display the event details (
summary information and custom field data.)
The darker color identify which tab is currently selected.

There is no other function attached.

Thanks Caroline. So the ability to click on each update serves no purpose other than to drive aesthetics?

Hi Steve,

Yes, that's correct.

If you would like another behavior, you can log a suggestion in the ideas area below and this will allow the customer community to see the suggestion and comment/vote on it.
