I’m using Assyst 11.7.2 and ETM version 1.7.2.
I’m trying to populate a Custom Sigle-Line String field that has been added to an Incident form.
As you can see in the screenshot, the data that I want to populate the field with is available in the ETM Channel. It shows if I map it to the Remarks field. However, it does not populate the Custom field.
The Custom field short-code in the Data Mapper matches that of the field in the Customizer.
What am I missing? Any help would be appreciated.
