Hi all!

I have a demand to manage Agile Projects (scrum) on Assyst.

The project funcitonalities on Assyst are very basic, so I would like to know if someone has done anything related to it.

The main points are to track the sprints, user sotries, team capacity and backlog. Idealy, using Kankan cards.

Thanks,

Odair

HI,

Just to be sure, when you are talking about the project funcitonalities in assyst, you looked at the Workmanager ?

WorkManager - assyst11-8Wiki (axiossystems.com)

Kind Regards,
Caroline

Hi Caroline,

Yes, I checked that and I think this is part of the solution that I will hve to use.

I have a RFP that we are competing against Service Now. They have a full module for managing agile projects and, by default, Assyst has a service catalog and agile workflow to address it, but is not that practical.

I’m seeking for tips on how to make it more practical.

Ola Odair.

Unfortunately, I am not aware of an existing path that suits your scenario. As far as I know, there is no straightforward 'click-and-next' process for an agile module in the assyst. Implementing this will likely require some effort, involving the use of Workmanager, Service Catalog, workflows, and form customization.

For some perspective, it's not that simple in ServiceNow either. They do have a module, but it still requires a lot of effort. The main difference is that they already have the activities mapped out for what needs to be done."

Obrigado Wilson!
