Hello,

I’m working on process improvements and trying to understand more about how the workflows work and they functionalities. I’m not the assyst Admin, but work with them when request form changes.

I have many general questions I’m sure a user guide would answer.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Assyst has a wiki that provides a good guide on all areas of the system. For workflows I would start with the workflow theory page: Workflow Theory - assyst11-6Wiki (axiossystems.com)

Hi

Your first point of call should the the following Wiki document

Workflow Theory

This provides a high level overview of Workflows.  It also contains links to further pages detailing how to design and create workflows.

Once you have reviewed this documentation, any further questions that you might have can be addressed separately.
