Has anyone been able to customize the output of the $EVENT_DESC ? I’m trying to make the emails look nicer with HTML formatting but when I add the event descriptions, it shows like this:

I’d like to possibly add it in list or at least one line per question as well as not show the questions empty questions, only show the questions chosen/answered.
Using 11.5 - upgrading to 24 R2 in the near future. Thanks for any assistance
