How to bring the events created by me from AssystNet to show in AssystWeb@All Events Logged By me ?

Same Type of event, when logged from AssystWeb, its showing in All Events Logged By me but when logged from AssystNet, its not showing in AssystWeb @ All Events Logged By me.

If that is an event monitor that is out of the box, you won’t be able to save it.  If you want to update a global setting, you need to log into AssystWeb using the Global ID and make changes.  For our set up, the user is ZZ_Global, not sure if it’s the same for all set ups.

You need to create a new event monitor where the logging user is your contact user’s user alias.

I wanted to change the Global View by adding Contact User option but its only giving me list of users or Use Logged In User option. Thanks for your support.
