We have had multiple users (including myself) receive the attached system error message. 

This issue is very sporadic and does not occur all the time. In addition, it’s not repeatable, so whatever activity the user was doing when the error happened, if they go back in and do it again it always works fine. 

I’m only aware of this occurring on Assyst Web not our self-service portal. 

We have not been able to find and pattern or reason for this random system error.

Has anyone else encountered this and if so, did you find any root cause and were you able to prevent the issue from occurring?

    or 
via email to axios.support@ifs.com

and we can look into the error further, if you could supply the server.log files along with the timings.
