When creating a Retrospective Work Reporting EAM, a Work Type is entered.

 

On the Work Order that is created, the Work Type is blank.

 

Is there a way to automatically have the Work Type added to the Work Order?  The Work Type shows up on the Work Task associated with the Retrospective Work Reporting EAM but my client would like it to also show up on the Work Order record.

Hi Gregg,

Since the work planning is based with Work Task and  not from the Work Order, the Work Type is adding only to the Work Task. This a standard behavior as designed. 

Here the Work Type is:
The identity of the work type that is specified for the work task, if any.

Hope this will clarify customer’s issue.
