I like to delete a SITE but I get the message

Below are the steps you have to follow
1.First, remove the user connected to this site. (i.e. the user who created the site) (Navigate to >Sites
Per-User window and delete the record for site)
2. Then delete data from the Site/Extended Site Info tab.
3. Now you can delete the header data for the respective site.
In cloud 21R2 this was identified as bug and correction was provided with version 21.2.3-21R2 SU6.
