Is anyone able to help me with the “Movements” section, on the Item form.
My colleagues prefer to update the Item form and its fields rather than create a “New Movement Record” because it’s more efficient for them to update a record. However, this is not capturing the data we need for QA and audit purposes. For example, If two colleagues update the same Item record on the same day. We can only identify the last modified By and date.
- How can I make the “create a New Movement” history/feature more efficient, to encourage colleagues to use this instead?
- Is it possible to change the collum we want to view within the Movements section? I would would like it to display who last modified the Item record and what field was changed at that time.
