We introduced FMECA in 24R2 and it’s not FMEA which is a Manufacturing solution.

FMECA needs to be set up on Item class and process class combination. As a part of Asset Performance Management (APM), this FMECA (Failure Modes, Effect & Criticality Analysis) feature enhances the existing structured failure management(FASN) capability by providing additional functionality in the setup, facilitation and execution of FMECA to support organizations in the adoption of Reliability Centered Maintenance.

1st Question.
In the IFS Cloud, is the FMEA Module the same from IFS APP10? FMECA new module in 24R2 onwards
2nd Question
Is there a way to create a FMEA against the Item Class in the IFS APP10 or Cloud?

FMECA can be setup for Item class and Process class combination.
