Hi Community,

In IFS Cloud 22R1 SU3, the Customer No is not inherited from the Object party when creating a new Work Order on this Object from the “Prepare Work Order” page. Is it a bug or is there a set up missing somewhere ? Thanks

Hi @LenaicDAVID ,

In the Prepare Work Order window you have to manually enter the Customer No and it is not inherited from the Object as far as I know. This is the same behavior in APP10 as well. However if you create a service request first, in the service request, once the object ID is entered connected customer is fetched automatically.

Thanks,

Nethmini

Hi @LenaicDAVID,

Here the ‘customer name field’ is for customer who is responsible for the work order, and it will not inherited from object. same functionality in App10 and 21R1 as well. What @Nethmini Kosvinnamentioned is correct. Therefore this is not a bug or so far set up missing.

Best regards,

Bimsara
