how can we copy shortcuts from one user to another?

@nithya showing below in Apps10 EE, a user’s shortcuts can be found in the personal profile. When you right-click on this node, you can select Copy Values to Profiles.

Then you can select into which profiles to copy these values, and which Copy Behavior to use. Recommend working with this in a TEST system, if possible, before doing this in Production.

@nithya the help text on Keep Existing Entries is:

“If the profile entry already exist in a target profile it will not be replaced. Only entries that do not exist in the target profile will be copied.”

So the answer to your question is Yes.
