The coordinator is not auto populating for one of my CS Reps. Has anyone encountered the issue ?
In the sites per user window, a default coordinator for the User ID is been defined.

Could you please mention that you are using IFS Apps or Cloud ?
And also please mention the version of UPD or SU.
