There is a day forwarning column in the maintenance plan. I would like to know which screen or column uses this data. I was unable to identify this information in the help.I think it is the Next Interval Maint screen where only maintenance intervals within the period defined in the days forwarning column are shown.

Hi.

Days forewarning is not displayed in any other screens.  This is a value that is used to control how many days prior to the due date a pending maintenance is created by the due calculation function.

An example:

You have an item in your maintenance plan with a 30 days interval.  This item has 10 days forewarning.

The last time the item was performed was November 2nd.  Next due will then be December 2nd.

A pending maintenance event will then be created when the due date runs on December 2 - 10 = November 22.

On the pending event itself, you will only see the due date.  The main purpose is to avoid filling up your pending maintenance event list.

I hope that this helps.
