How to find an invoice by the delivery note

Hi there,we have recenly introduced IFS in our company.There is a need from the side of our financial services to match delivery notes with corresponding invoices (question: dear IFS, I have a delivery note number XYZ, please tell me with which invoice number has it been incoiced :) ). Shop Order Materials with Shortage

Hello all,under Aurena Rel. 9 there is a dialogue "Shop Order Materials with Shortage / (in Germand FA-Material mit Fehlmenge)".I have set the shortage monitoring for one part and received requirements from shop orders. However, nothing is displayed in this dialogue.Can anyone tell me what the dialogue can be used for and in which context?Many thanks

Customer Consignment Apps 10 - Aggregated Reporting

Testing for update of Apps 10 from Apps 8 and see new functionality for Aggregated Reporting Allowed.Attempting to report Customer Consignment Stock Consumption, but keep getting Error Message: InventoryPartAtCustomer. The “Inventory Part At Customer” has already been removed by another user.I tried to uncheck this Aggregated Reporting Allowed, but then get message that it is not allowed: How does this functionality to report Customer Consignment Usage now work in Apps 10?

Docman with Aurena client

Hi,it's the first time that one of our customers would like to use DocMan with Aurena client. I’ve already learned that 'Document Import Action' will not be available. Are there any alternatives to customize an Outlook integration? (Panel functionality won’t be sufficient to meet customer’s expectation.) Are there more features or functionalities that are not available with Aurena? If you already have experience with it, it would be nice if you could share it with me. Best regards, Heinz

Visual Studio lacks IFS Addin information

Hi,My colleague is trying to set up APF development on his PC. Target version is APP10.After successfully set up SetupIFSAPFDevelopment100, his Visual Studio lacks some information.IFS AddIns / Addin Manager in Option dialog of Visual Studio 2013, there is no Settings and No AddIns.(while my PC has several variables in Settings like FNDHOME, DEVROOT, DEPLOYTARGET and many Addins)Does anyone knows the cause of this problem and how to fix it?Any comments will be appreciated.Thank you.Kazu

Customer Schedules

We are currently importing our EDI demand from our VAN and creating customer schedules. We are currently experiencing an issue when creating customer schedules where the part number, delivery address id and the customer are the same but the purchase order numbers are different. The files coming from the VAN are at two different times. The customer schedule is being superceded and overwriting the first schedule that has a different purchase order. We currently have the agreement part setup to use PO information. Does anyone know of a way to have IFS look at the purchase order numbers and treat the customer schedule as different from the others?

Item specific counting difference for cycle count

Hi, Is it possible to set item specific counting difference $ amount in IFS Aurena ? Users doesn't want to approve each part line on counting report. They want to focus on specific part during approving of count report lines. Thank you for the help.

Posting Multiple Manual Customer Invoices at one time

We are using External Customer Invoice to bring in customer invoices from a newly acquired company so we can manage receivables inside IFS. When the External Customer Invoice creates the manual customer invoices, I am not seeing a way to quickly post all the invoices. I am only seeing how to post one invoice at a time. Does anyone know how to post multiple manual customer invoices at one time?

Personnel Requisitions - Multi Company Analysis

Hello everyone, I have a customer that is using Recruitment in Apps 10. They have multiple companies set up and are using personnel requisitions to start their recruitment process. Users have got access to multiple companies so could be raising/processing personnel requisitions for different companies. Within EE there is an option to change from single company to multi company analysis on the page Personnel Requisitions. However, when the user does that the RMB option Personnel Requisition… is greyed out which means the user cannot drill down to the detail of the personnel requisition. I was surprised to see that because that function works perfectly well on the Expense Sheets page and since it is the same principle I would have expected it to work in the same way on the Personnel Requisitions page?! Am I missing a setup for this to work? Thanks in advanceMaria

Migration Job - PM Setting including worklist

Hi everyone, I have a problem. I want to migrate some PM Settings with the worklist included in one Migration job When I execute the Migration Job, i receive a error message. the PM_NO is missing. The first seqeunce, that generate the PM setting is executed successfully. Currently I don’t know why the second sequence failed. The message is clear but from my point of view i have the PM_NO because the the first sequence was successful. Maybe somebody can give me a hint what i doing wrong

Is there a way to get a snapshot of Customer Order Reliability of earlier months? I want to know if there is an option to see a snapshot of the pending delivery quantity per month end similar to Inventory Value per period. This is for APP9 UPD9

Quality statistic IFSApp 10

Lets say i purchase 10 pcs of an article that are stocked but later 5 pcs of this article was found deviating, is it then possible to scrap these 5 pcs and link scrapped qty to purchase order and supplier so that they can be found in the quality statistic for this supplier, and can be calculated within the PPM figures for each month?(Tried to use NCR but it dosen’t work to link scrapped qty in stock to supplier so then the statistic becoms wrong, based on other topics it looks that we has to look into the MRB meny to get this function, or?)

Issue with IFS9 double side printing to one printer

Hi, all of a sudden we have a printer that is printing double sided. The 2-sided option within the device settings is unchecked. The printing default settings and preferences are set to 1 sided as well. Printing form other applications to this printer are 1 sided so it is something happening in IFS. Printing to other printers by the same user results in the proper 1 sided. We are using IFS 9. Thank you for any assistance with this printer!!
