Hi, all of a sudden we have a printer that is printing double sided. The 2-sided option within the device settings is unchecked. The printing default settings and preferences are set to 1 sided as well. Printing form other applications to this printer are 1 sided so it is something happening in IFS. Printing to other printers by the same user results in the proper 1 sided. We are using IFS 9. Thank you for any assistance with this printer!!

You may print a non IFS document like a word or pdf document, using the printer that gives double sided issue to verify whether the issue is related to some setting in the printer properties.
If this issue is only for IFS reports , is it only for one IFS report or is it for any IFS report?
If you do not get the error for any other document, better print particular IFS report using a different printer to verify the issue is related to the report itself.
