Hi Team,

We  upgrade our database from 12c to 19c in new host server.

After all done, we are not able to login the application it show us below error:

“Cannot reach identity storage. Please contact administrator.”

 

Please suggest.

Try restarting the database and the application server.

Yes, I would suggest the restarting the  DB and MWS server as well. this looks like to me a failure of the authentication from your LDAP or Azure  authentication.

Please check the setup as well. you can find the details of how to setup in

F1 Technical documentation under  security\Authentication configuration.
