I have installed IFSCLOUD Demand Plan Server in my computer. Now I need to connect the host and I cannot find records there.What would be the possible reasons for this?In App10, we updated TNS entries to work DP server. Do we still need to do this in IFSCLOUD as well?

"Simple bind failed" when trying to configure AD user synchronization

Hi, we are trying to set up AD synchronization to a customer’s IFS APPS10. The connection however returns the error Simple bind failed: Now there is a thread about this we found (Certificate LDAPS for Active Directory IFS 10 | IFS Community), that suggests the following: 1. because SSL is not working.=> We have installed the LDAP server’s certificate on the IFS server and we also followed this document Secured Communication (ifs.com) to install the certificate to a java truststore following the section Importing a certificate to a 3pp java truststore.2. because the password entered is wrong.3. because the port is not open.=> We have tested the connection successfully using Microsoft’s ldp.exe, so the port and credentials are correct.

VAT sales invoices tax base amount incorrectly posted

Hi,few sales invoices/credit notes raised for US customers went to the tax transaction wrong way round (postings to GL are correct) and required manual adjustment before VAT submission. Cannot work out the reason. It happened to few invoices under different customers (but it does not apply to all invoices under one customer). I’ve tried to find any sort of pattern (by customer, by type of the invoice etc.), but failed. Did someone have similar issue?

IFS REST API call not working - TimmanJobTranses

Hi,Our IFS environment is currently on UPD10I am unable to get the TimmanJobTranses API REST ‘update’ action to work in post man, I keep on receiving this “Illegal operation” error message. see image below. I have already tried the followingRemove header parameter ‘If-Match’ I have got in contact with another IFS application user they are currently on UPD11 and the TimmanJobTranses API REST ‘update’ action is currently working in there environment. Is this a fixed issue in UPD11 and above?

Why PDF_PARAMETER_XX not fetching data in PDF_REPORT_CREATED event action

Hi all,I am using PDF_REPORT_CREATED event action to send a mail but it is not fetching values for pdf parameters. I found a workaround from the community community post , it is extract data from the report xml. But if there is any change of order of the tags, the values won’t fetch correctly. So, I’m looking for a suggestion/ solution to get values to pdf parameters. I’m using IFS Apps 10 UPD12.I have attached the current output (body) of the mail from the event.Please let me know if there is any suggestions. Thank you in Advance!

Prefix in WADACO

Community, Wondering how is WADACO handling prefix?for example, Part No 12345, the supplier label always begin with (P), so the scan value is (P)12345 instead of 12345 when doing goods receiving. on this supplier label, every item has prefix, for example, quantity is (Q), serial no is (S), PO No is (A), supplier no is (V). please refer to screenshots attached. Employee Payments using ISO20022 format

Our customer wants to use the ISO20022 format for our employee payments in our Danish Companies. Their bank “Danske Bank” have a version of the ISO20022 that allows to use BBAN and Nemkonto. They wish to allow the employees to select between BBAN and Nemkonto for their employee payments.Employee payments methods are created using the “ISO20022 Standard Based Employee Payment (PAIN.001.001.03 CORE)” format. They have created routing rules and transformers as below.They wanted to know how to create Content based condition so that they can select this rule, when using payment method “BBAN”.We had look in the view “OUT_MESSAGE”, but here no data concerning employee payments.

IFS Lobby URL to Employee Results screen

Hi, I have created a lobby that uses two parameters ‘Starting Data’ and ‘Ending date’.I have created a lobby element that sends users to the IFS Employee Results screen, my question is how can I set up the lobby URL Address to open the employee results screen with specified ‘From’ and ‘To’ dates using my lobby parameters ‘Starting Data’ and ‘Ending date’ fields. When the user is trying to close the project, they can see the following. There are 2 POCOs, both in ‘POUpdated’ status with regards to the original PO. What must be done? Please advise.

Multi-Site Purchasing

Hello everyone,We are using IFS 9 for two of our companies. We have a scenario when Site A (Company A) purchases parts from a supplier via Site B (Company B). We would like to automate most of the process. We were able to set up the process with MHS messages so that when the PO on Site A is released we can send it out in an message to Site B and the CO and the PO Requisition is created there automatically. The problem is that our colleagues in the warehouse who receive the orders on Site A don't know if an order is purchased via Site B or not, also they don't have access to Site B so they cannot register the direct delivery on Site B manually. Is there any way to close the PO and CO on Site B automatically when the order on Site A is received?Since the Supplier of the order is an external company we cannot set up direct delivery message when they send the goods. So in order not to have extra steps, we should drive Direct Delivery reporting in Site B using the Purchase order arrival on

Applying rework labor without a rework shop order

We are using shop floor workbench and are wanting to capture Cost of Poor Quality by recording labor to a rework category. Our product usually has “fit” difficulties in assembly and would prefer to be able to clock into a transaction type of rework versus having to create a rework shop order. Does anyone else have any experience in this category?

Cloud21- Documents tab in Project: doc created from here does not attach to the object

In the Project window (i.e. Project Scope and Supply) the Documents tab allows a user to create a document directly from the Project/Subproject/Activity. We promote this as best practice--creating the document directly from the applicable object--as you don’t have to add an additional step to connect the document. This is especially true in the Projects world, as documentation is often extensive in project-based industries. In Apps 10, this works as expected: in the Documents tab I use the function to create a new document and, when I finish, it is connected to the object I created it from: the project, subproject, or activity. However, in Cloud21, I follow this same process but, when complete, the new document is not connected. I have to exit the project, look for the document, and then manually connect it. Is this a bug or a gap in the design?

Voucher is not balanced - Supplier Invoice - IP28 defined

Hi everyone, We are getting the following error of Voucher is not balanced. The supplier invoice is balanced at “balance” but not at “currency balance”: Reading multiple topics, the possible solution is IP28 but this posting is not triggered. And yes, we have the option activated at company level: And IP28 properly configured at posting control level: Does anyone knows how I can solve these problems? They are bit annoying and we could not use this functionality because it seems that it does not work or we are doing something wrong. Kind regards.

How can you print labels based quatity recieved

How can you print labels based quatity recieved. When we recieve a part into inventory from a shop order we have an event that prints a label but we need it to print a label based on the quantity recieved. If QTY 1 recieved then one label prints, if QTY 5 recieved then five labels need to print.Is this possible through an event or RMB menu?Thank you,

Untransfer Postings from a Work Order to a Customer Order

We have postings from 4 different work orders that were transferred to the same customer order as order lines. On the work order, the 4 postings have a Cost Type of “Fixed Price”; Status of “Transferred”; Booking Status of “Authorized”; and CSS Type of “Posted”. The 4 connected customer order lines have a Supply Code of “Service Order” and a Demand Code of “Work Order”. These 4 lines were included in the same invoice created from the customer order. A freight charge was included in the invoice that shouldn’t have been so the invoice was cancelled and the status of the 4 customer order lines was changed back to “Delivered.” The incorrect charge on the customer order was corrected. However, the system will not allows us to create a new invoice for the 4 lines and the corrected freight charge on the customer order. In addition, we are unable to:Undo the Delivery of the 4 lines on the customer order because the system will not allow order lines with a Supply Code of “Service Order” to be
