Hello, We created an instant invoice in IFS10 and we were trying to attach a tax code, but the only one that we could see in the List of values was EXEMPT at 0%. We tried typing in a tax code, but when we wanted to save the instant invoice we received the Error Message: “You are not allowed to use Tax Codes of type Tax with percentage greater than 0%.” On the Instant invoice we have Tax Liability “TAX”, and the Delivery address on Customer/Address/Delivery Tax Information/Supply Country has two Tax codes, both different from 0%.On Company/Tax Control/General/Customer Tax we have selected only Address Level.What we found out is that, in order to see all the Tax Codes, the Taxable box on the Sales Objects screen need to be selected. In IFS9 we could see all Tax Codes even if the Sales Objects did not have the Taxable box checked. Is it a fair assessment that in IFS10 we need to make the Sales Objects Taxable in order to see all Tax codes, even if the Customer Tax is validated only on Add

When Regenerate Calendars was ran Customer Order Lines auto updated

Hello IFS Community,We had added holidays and needed to update our calendars to reflect the new holidays. This caused all of our customers order to auto update. We discovered that this caused all of our customer orders to auto update. This is not what we expected or wanted and caused a major problem and for us to go back and correct all customer order lines that were affected.There may have been other factors that may have caused this. Not only did we add new holidays and regenerate the calendars but the day prior, we also updated some of our expected lead times. Also, we use Availability Check on our inventory parts.Can anyone tell me if they have had these issues and what they do to to ensure the customer order lines to do not auto update?Thank you, Michelle

Aurena - When query not all results are shown

We are on App10 UPD 10. The question is not only for finance, it is valid all functions in the application.In Aurena when you run a query the list of result is filtered and only show the first 20-25 rows.To see more we have to scroll down select see more, and do that over and over again.How can we get Aurena to show all results in one go instead?

Apps9: How can i tell how many users are logged on?

I am trying to get an average of the number of users logged on at any one time but struggling a bit.Noticed in the administrator lobby there is an element that counts current users but when i try to query that view I get no results. select * from FND_CLIENT_LOGON Can anyone suggest a way?

Latest Ship Date

Hi,We are trying to create a report for identifying the Latest Ship Date of a inventory part. This is to identify the parts that are not sold/shipped for certain time period and making allowance for those.We try to get this from the Inventory Transaction History. But, due to volume of transactions this is very slow. Is there a any other way to identify the Latest Ship Date of a inventory part? may be a view or method call?ThanksGayan

Custom Fields Not Showing when navigating from Lobby

Hi community,We are using App9.We have a issue related to custom fields are not showing in the page layout when navigating from a lobby. This seems to be taking the standard layout.But, if the same user navigate to the page from Navigator, the custom fields are showing with custom layout.What could be the reason for this?ThanksGayan

FSM Mobile can't expose any DateTime values on the screen: Argument_TimeZoneNotFound.

Dear allIn a customer’s Mobile environment we have found, that datetime fields are no exposed visible on the screen, although they are available on the database. I thought the time zone was picked up by the client itself, but don’t know how to solve this. IFS Managed Cloud - Document Management - Apps 10 UPD 12

Hi, Currently, We are Implementing IFS Apps 10 UPD 12 and above on IFS Managed Cloud. We have very huge no.of documents to be migrated from legacy systems. As per IFS standard, we can store documents only in database..But we have a concern of DB size growing as we have almost 1TB documents to be migrated. Could you please suggest alternate solution.

Labor Class capacity planning

In which way you plan labor capacity in advance?We have several labor classes and same persons might work this week in labor class 1 and next week in labor class 2 etc. Problem is shown in the picture below. Also, we know that in week 10 we will have 4 persons more in labor class 1, but those persons are not hired yet (so we are not able to create employees in IFS). Is there an possibility to add those hours to labor class capacity still?

SFTP File Sent Failed - Message has no input data in the body

Community, we have couple migration job scheduled running every night. and then using IFS SFTP job to deliver the file to remote FTP folder. But recently we realized the SFTP job failed every time. please see the screenshot attached.We tried to have the SFTP job disabled and do manually step by step, it is working well.our file is generated by migration job, and have it kept on DB FTP folder. due to large amount of data, it will take roughly couple minutes to complete one migration job.The most possible reason we could imagine is, when migration job is started, the file is appeared in the folder with 0 bytes. in the meantime, SFTP job is triggered, thus it is sent with an empty body, and leads to the failed message.wondering anyway we could let the system not send the empty file until the migration job is completed.Thank you.

1099 output/PDF showing incorrect tax year

When i create a tax proposal and run the preliminary report, the printout shows a tax year of 2022. I use date for the Period/Date Range. But the print out shows 2022 How can i fix this?

Transport Task - Customer Order

Good Morning Community, Is there a way to create a Transport Task within a Customer Order in either the planned or released status that allows for a direct Peg to be achieved? I see an order Ref option in the Transport Task screen but cannot get a direct connection. This could also apply to Work Orders or Shop Orders as well. Thank You
