But what does that mean as a Unit of Measure?  Unit of Measure is how much is in inventory, how much is ordered on a customer order, how much to buy from a supplier.

A unit of measure of H doesn’t tell you how many pencils that are of hardness H you have.  Is it 1 or 100?

The hardness of the item would be best described as part of the description or added as a characteristic connected to the inventory part.  But it would not be valid in my opinion as a unit of measure.  I would expect Each, Package, or something else similar would be more relevant based on how the inventory is moved and handled.

Hi @ShawnBerk

I want to use in Control Plan Purchase. Not for inventory.

Thank you.
