IFS Cloud - Error Copy costs to cost set one

Hey community,when copying costs from cost set 2 to cost set 1, an error occurs during execution.Error Text in background job: The Part Cost already exists. ORA-20112:PartCost.FND_Record_EXISTCopy Costs to Cost set one Task ... has been successfully queued as a background job.Background Job (Screenshot1/2)Background Job (Screenshot 2/2)I have tried the same procedure on another test environment with the same settings and it works without errors.Do you have any ideas or even a solution to my problem?Thanks and best regards!

Aurena - Duplicate rows in Country lists

Hi,Encountered strange issue in Aurena screens that contain a “country” list : rows are duplicated.All screens that contain some “country” list are affected. Only Aurena is impacted, EE is OK. With filter : /“Select” statement is OK : no duplicate rows in result “Select” statement is OK : no duplicate rows in result/ Any Idea ? Thank you

SEPA payment xml file - extend length of field

Hi, Is there a possibility to extend the field length of <Ustrd> in the SEPA Payment xml file? This is where the Invoice No’s are specified and when we have many invoices on the same supplier we get “See Payment Advice” instead of the list of Invoice No’s. We’re on Apps10, UPD11. Thanks,Magnus

Only charges are coming in invoice

Hello Community,We are using IFS 9.We have one case where an Invoice has been created and only charges are coming into the customer invoice.The customer order line is not showing in the customer invoice line.only the charges line is showing. Process Code

Hello everybody, I have a problem when i want to use the process code. My process : 1 - Voucher creation with with the filed process code mention : 2 - Then i create a mix payment with the same value in the field “process code” : But now when i refresh the page the value is missing (see below) : Do you know why and what can be the solution? Another question i did this process to do an account matching (voucher with the mix payment), do you know if there is a possibilty to match an account with a process code which we define?

Foundation1 user error when trying to approve a Business Opportunity

One specific user is causing this issue (so far) - when this specific user is the main representative on a Business Opportunity - when a manager tries to Approve the Business Opportunity we get the error “The Foundation1 user “SM4124” does not exist” I checked the user set up and the person record and everything looks fine We are on Apps10 UPD10

Real-time sync on custom table

We have built a custom table and want the same on our mobile application. So we built a sync rule and were able to send data successfully from the mobile app to the back office application. However, whenever we are making any changes on the back office application, the same was not reflecting on the mobile app in real time. We were able to send the changed data through Batch Delta and Batch All methods. How can we have real time sync for a custom table?

How to use "Add Attachment" functionality for E-Mail event actions in IFS cloud

We need to attach a pre-defined document when sending emails via event actions. The document is stored in a file share and can be accessed using UNC path with full access to “Everyone”. How can we configure this in IFS cloud 21R1? It gives the error “Document cannot be found” when we just specify the UNC/network path via the “Add Attachment” button in the event action. What are the additional configurations needed to achieve this requirement?

Comma as decimal separator in FSM Mobile

Hi Experts,As you may know, several regions use the comma as their decimal separator in numerics. This change is accommodated in FSM web client when the regional settings have been modified. However, this is not the case for FSM mobile. Despite changing the regional settings in the mobile devise, the comma is not accepted as the default decimal separator. Is there a known fix for this? Hi Team, Could be possible create a new project copying from other (used as template) including in the copy the workorders related to each activity ??Obviously creating new workorders, equivalent to those of the template project.The intention is avoid a process of:Copy of Project and Activities Copy of WorkOrders.
