We need to attach a pre-defined document when sending emails via event actions. The document is stored in a file share and can be accessed using UNC path with full access to “Everyone”. How can we configure this in IFS cloud 21R1? It gives the error “Document cannot be found” when we just specify the UNC/network path via the “Add Attachment” button in the event action. What are the additional configurations needed to achieve this requirement?
