Error when there are too many rows in PO receipt

Hi, we get below error when user run PO receipt that contains more than 50 rows but less than 100 rows. Do you know if there is some “limit” to how many rows there are allowed in PO to avoid this problem? Thank you! Best regards,Erla Sandholt

Income type added doesn't appear under LOV

Hi,I have added an Income type as ‘X’. I m trying to add it under customer tax withholding → customer income type tab. But in the LOV of income type, i cannot see the type ‘X’ i added even with populate. Is there any specific pre-requisite based on in which the income types gets filtered here in LOV. Lobby Element for page "Organization and Position Assignments" - is it possible to uncheck "Valid Assignments"?

Hi,When it is tried to link a Lobby Element to the page "Organization and Position Assignments" (page/OrganizationAndPositionAssignments/List), the page has a checkbox "Valid Assignments", which by default is checked.Is it possible to add any parameter to the page-link to clear this checkbox, to allow the page to be opened with "Valid Assignments" not checked?When the page opens with "Valid Assignments" checked, user is not able to see the row/rows of the assignments which are not valid on current date.Thank you.

Migrate from Server 2012R2 to Server 2019

We have IFS FSM and it is currently installed on a Server 202R2 server and wish to move it to Server 2019 as 2012R2 goes end of life next year. Could someone please advise how this is done and if there is someone I can speak to in support about this as currently they just say its nit a bug so not supported.

Hi Team, I want to extract a particular word from a string, I am using “regexp_substr”, but its not giving result as expected. Hi All, I want to give grant permission to tables which are more in number. Message Code mapping from MT940 File is incorrect

The customer is in IFSAPP8. Issue - After importing the MT940 file into IFS, the system reads the 3 characters from line :86 to the left of “:” and places those characters on the Message code column.Below screen shows message code = ‘YOU’ which comes from line :86. Expectation - Correct the mapping of the message code from the MT940 file upon importing by assigning the 3 characters to the right of “N” from line :61 to the message code column on the “External Payments Per Load ID” screen.Is there a fix for this?Thanks & Regards,Thanushi

IFS Objects to which Document Text can be added

IFS provides the ability to add Document Text to some objects in the database (e.g. Customers, Suppliers, Parts, POs and lines, etc). Having done so, it can be configured (via the Doc Text Administration screen) to inherit though to one or more Output documents. For example, we can add doc text to a part record and configure it to appear on any Purchase Order with a line for that part number.This is very useful functionality, but seems to be limited only a pre-determined set of objects.Is there a way to enable document text against addition object types (e.g. could we add doc text to a site, such that all POs on that site show the applicable phrase?)Also, is there a list of all objects to which Document Text can be added (I couldn't find any such list in the help system?)Thanks in advance for any help!

Multi Company Payment Application

We are new to Multiple Companies and are looking for guidance on on how best to preform payment applications when a CUPOA is required. All deposits will be made under one company (Company 1)All deposit transactions in IFS10 will begin with Company 1, applying payments to customers under Company 1 and Company 2Our current process is to begin from Customer Check, pull checks into a proposal, and the proposal then into mixed payments.Our problem comes in when attempting to create a CUPOA on Company 2, when initiating the transaction in Company 1. All other payment applications are working great, accept for this one.

Managing intercompany eliminations for multiple master companies

Hello,I am curious if anyone has experience consolidating the same reporting company in multiple master companies which would result in different relationships for eliminations? At the REPORTING Company level, we designate Customer Groups to map to specific GL accounts if it is a related customer and then at the MASTER company, we further control which GL accounts to eliminate in the intercompany elimination rules. Since it is initially set up at the REPORTING company, I would like to know how this is managed when that same company rolls up into a 2nd, 3rd or even 4th master company. Issue: Customer Group (Related Party, External, etc.) relationship can change, depending on what Master Company it is rolling up to, but that the Customer Group is controlled at the REPORTING company.For example, Corp A & B are related companies with same parent, Master Company (MC) #1. In this example, B is a Customer Group 2 “Consolidated Member, Related Trade AR”. When consolidations are run, th

If you’ve migrated from IFS SaM to Embedded CRM, how did you migrate contacts for prospects? If you change a SaM company from “not linked” to “prospect”, it doesn’t migrate contacts. If you have scripts you can attach, that would be fantastic.

FSM 6 Update 10 - Request Sync Rule

Aurena - Adding Custom fields to a dialogue

Hello, It seems that Aurena does not support adding custom fields to a dialogue & not sure how to solution getting around this so I would appreciate if anyone has encountered the same issue and found a work around.Issue: We need to report to the government the value paid in taxes on expenses. The requirement is to report a specific % of the tax, this % varies depending on where the expense was incurred & the type of expense it was.In IEE we required the user to enter a TAX CODE (custom field that refers to the STATUTORY_FEE view) for each expense line, depending on where the expense was incurred. We used that input to automate this calculation. Now in Aurena, we can see the custom field in the table but because it is not available in the dialogue the user cannot input a value.. resulting in not being able to identify where the expense was incurred, therefore unable to identify how the tax should be calculated. Has anyone had a similar use case that they have been able to find
