Hello Community,

We are using IFS 9.

We have one case where an Invoice has been created and only charges are coming into the customer invoice.

The customer order line is not showing in the customer invoice line.

only the charges line is showing.

 

Can you please tell me why customer order line is not coming in the invoice.

Hi Deepak, Can you please check if this checkbox is enabled on customer order line?

 

If this checkbox is enabled then order line will not get invoiced.

Hi Deepak,  Please check following points:

1) Please check the status of customer order line . It must be in Partially Delivered/Delivered state
2) check if the customers invoice tab setup is complete
3) Check if connected shipment is closed
4) Check the ownership of the product on customer order line. It should be company owned and not customer owned.
5) Check connected payterm setup
6) Check the sales part price on customer order line. 
7) Please check the background job description once it is completed invoice creation


Hello Community,

We have found that the Customer Order delivery confirmation tab confirm delivery was checked.

After we deliver the customer order we need to confirm the delivery in quick order flow handling RMB line,before creating the invoice.

 

We did that and after that CO line came into the customer invoice.
