Recreation of whole Production after security breach

Hello,one of the IFS customers had a unfortunate security breach which resulted in complete holt and isolation on their current production environments.Now they are planning to restore /re create their prod in new servers and domains. *****Do we have any KB articles , F1 documentation or any guidelines to look in during this situation???on of the main concerns we have now is to verify database tables which can be access by intruders.Customer was using TAS. Machine Learning of IFS Cloud 22R1

I have read the document “News in IFS Automation 22R1” in which mentioned: in IFS cloud 22R1, the ML service images were separated from PSO. But when I logon IFS Cloud, the ML menu is only for integrate with PSO. I’d like to know more how to set up and use the ML model in IFS Cloud without PSO. Are there any examples or exist models can be used directly? I want to create predictive maintenance jobs through ML.Thanks!

Hi experts, I am facing an issue where once an attachment is selected from the Request screen, the file path, name, description disappears after clicking the “Save” button. The values are passed to the DB as well. This is what it should look like: How can I fix this?

Windows Integrated Authentication Not Working - APPS9

Hi All, Please be informed that we have enabled the SSO authentication for an APPS9 customer. However, the customer is not able to login into the IFS Application via the “Connect with your current Windows Credentials” option, But the customer can log into the IFS Application by providing the login details manually. Plsqlap_server_api used in IFS Connect IFS10

My question concerns the correct approach to use Plsqlap_server_api.Post_Outbound_Message in PLSQL code along with IFS Connect Routing Rule. I have been successful in sending a file and email in IFS9 via routing rule, routing address and Connect Sender setup. As well, all of the IFS Connect element tests I perform are successful in IFS10, sending to a folder and sending an email.The API I wrote, in IFS9 works as expected and is used on a custom menu; sends the file to a folder and sends an email. I am using the same basic script, changing some of the views due to IFS10 having changed the underlying LU. I am using Plsqlap_server_api.Post_Outbound_Bizapi_Clob in IFS9. It appears this procedure is not available in IFS10. All of the other Plsqlap_Server_API.Post_Outbound_bizapi procedures I have tried error out in various ways or do not find a routing rule. I am also noticing differences in IFS Connect between IFS9 and IFS10.Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Customer Order Promised Date

In previous versions of IFS (APPS9 AND APPS10), if the order confirmation was printed for a customer order, a change in the target delivery date on customer order lines would not update the promised delivery date. However, in IFS cloud 22R2, updating the target delivery date does update the promised delivery date. Please advise if this is a bug or intended functionality.

Operational Report - Excel Plugin column Title not displaying on newly-added columns

Hello,Using IFSAPPS10 UPD12.I have added 2 additional columns, one text and one date to an existing Operational Report and Deployed, but the correct column Title is not showing (DisplayNames=ON in the template) - it is showing the database field name in the resulting Excel output (red square box in picture).Also, the Excel template has Column D correctly formatted as “Date” but it is showing a text value for the date field (yellow highlighted). I have tried updating the System Dictionary and Report Caches but that does not cure the problem. Am I missing a step? Thanks in advance. From a “Describe” of the Report View:

Custom Fields in LU PurchaseOrderLinePart into LU PurchaseOrderLine

We have Custom Fields present in our LU PurchaseOrderLinePart that we want to display in Purchase Order Lines for ease of use, management and reporting. How can we do this as PurchaseOrderLine does not appear in the Approved Detail Views and I am reluctant to recreate them all as Read Only CFs pulling from the PurchaseOrderLinePart if I don’t need to.Thanks,

Monitoring of IFS services

Hi All,We are running into issue with IFS services going down and wanted to check with other customers on tools you are using to monitor if IFS services went down.We are currently monitoring the HTTP url but had an instance when the database went down and the monitoring service was unable to alert us. Any inputs/suggestions are welcome. IFS is investigating the root cause, but we would like to be able to manage the situation until we can get a resolution.

BR Single Filter Issue

Hello! We are having Business Reporter issues where a given report is filtered for one of our “Companies” and the report does not run yet the same report where we have the filter set for two or more of our “Companies” and the report runs… Seems odd to us and we have altered the single filtered company report in a few ways and no go over all. Curious if this could be a software version issue as we are on BR Product Version: 5.0.23 Any thoughts anyone?Thanks

Can you create invoices with the invoice date same as the wanted date?

At the moment, when I create customer invoices it creates with TODAY date. Is it possible to create them with the WANTED date as the invoice date? The idea being that the invoice is created as and when the goods are delivered. Is there a setting for this?

Lobby Element - Image Sizing

In Apps 10 we want to add images to some lobby elements. We use OpenAsset to store our images and can resize images for upload to IFS. Is there a document that can provide the actual image size required to use with below sizes:1x11x21x42x12x22x44x4 Without accurate sizing we seem to lose some elements of the image. Thanks Trudy

Project activity demand planned cost

In APPS10 When you have set misc demand on project activity, the planned cost (Total cost) is retrieved based on supply option. Seems like, when you have ‘Manufactured’ part, the cost is derived from cost set 1, but when you have ‘Purchased’ part, is the cost always taken from either Inventory Part cost or if not defined, from estimated cost. Or for purchased also from cost set 1?

Supervisor of Employee - how is this fetched?

Hi all, We are currently on UPD9, where we have the issue that terminated Employees are still showing as Supervisor for an employee. This should have been fixed in UPD12, so as we recently got access to UPD15, i got suprised to run into the next challenge… So for below Employee, it still shows a terminated employee as the manager , but now even two times. How is this possible? And where is the current manager now? Production: Showing terminated employees GTH021 & KBE077. (hardly visible, current manager MPExxx) UPD15: Showing terminated employees GTH021No longer shown previous manager KBE077. (good) nor current manager MPExxx - FAIL!) Extra Information:For MCP Time Reporting, employees are created in Multiple Companies, with only one company Activated for Master Company.New Manager has the same Position as the two former managers.Already Generated a new Position Access resultSo the big question. IFS Applications Integration with EOI

Can anyone provide me to instructions on how to set up and use the integration of EOI to Apps 10? Other than the very poor populated section on the IFS EOI wiki (http://wiki.eoi.ifsworld.com/Academy_Specialist_Course_-_EOI_integration_with_IFS_Apps). I'm particularly interested in the configuration instructions on the IFS analytics cubes that can be directly accessed through this standard connector. And if anyone can share hands on experience with Apps 10.
