We are doing PSO installation in Azure Server VM. Accordingly , PSO Azure License has been provided by IFS which is dependent on Tenant ID. While installing it is asking for Microsoft Credential . So, which credential do we supposed to use here ? Our individual O365 credential is not working here.We had previous experience to install in PSO as Standard one. not Azure.So, my question is , is the PSO license type provided by IFS is correct as Azure, or we should ask for PSO standard license?Is there PSO Azure installation guide available ?Please advise.

HelloI'm having a bit of task to try and make use of oracle sequences in IFS Cloud and stumbled upon number counters: The solution proposed in that topic looks to be what I'm after, however I'm having trouble finding a way to specifically generate a value from a projection function. The solution detailed is very much reliant on database access, but with IFS Cloud we have to assume no DB access.So i am looking for a projection that in essence calls ‘next_val()’ and returns the next value of the counter/sequence. Is there one?
Dear All, I am trying to run the “Multi Site Order” functionality but when the Customer Order is created for second site then Supply code “Not Decided” is coming dud to this we are not able to proceed further. Scenario is Site 1 is getting the external Customer Order and raising internal PO for Site 2 and in turn internal CO will be raised on site 2. I have checked all the EDI/MHS settings, sales part , sourcing rule, internal supplier/customer etc but no luck. Please help on this as i am stuck in this for a long time. Thanks in advance! BR HA
Hi, We are getting the following error trying to remove an employee from an action group. We were able to add the correct one, but not remove the others that are already present. We have attempted from both the Action Groups and Employees module. Do you have any insight on what this error means?
Hi All.We are looking to reduce both the manual intervention required & the number of failed transactions for inbound integrations during planned maintenance of IFS (code deployments, updates, server maintenance etc).We are currently running Apps 10 on IFS Managed Cloud and use SnapLogic as a middleware platform for several REST API integrations. We are looking to build a mechanism into our inbound integrations to check that IFS is available before transmitting data & entering a wait & retry loop if IFS is unavailable.The issue we have is that the IFS application is often available (i.e. accessible to users) before the maintenance is complete & we don’t want the integration to resume until there is confirmation that the work is complete. I have seen in the technical documentation that IFS has a holding page that can be used during maintenance however I have never seen it used by the IFS Managed Cloud team so it doesn’t appear to be part of their process to apply it.Is a

Hi For some reason it is blocked to give the Supplier Blanket Agreement number to a Purchase Order line directly. You are supposed to use Create agreement Release: is there any reason for that and could that be allowed by configuration? Now you can only order one part at one PO from these agreements.

We have configured a custom email notification that has a link to a purchase order in IEE and also a link to the iOS NotifyMe app. This way users can take action whether they are at their desks or away and are using their phones. However, the link to NotifyMe opens the app, but then immediately crashes. The html that I am using is below. The data schema does not completely suit my needs, so I was wondering if there is a way to apply a xslt on the data so I can shape it the way I'd like to. I know there are ways to apply a xslt to create a XML/text output, but I'd like to still have the pdf output, just with the amended dataset.
how does the document approval process works in IFS? FSE attached a document & started approval which was set as per approval template. In this , manager approves the approval step & then only FSE can approve the document. So is it possible that FSE does not need to approve once approved by manager?
Hi,We have a requirement, is there any possibility to filter duplicate WO number from task screen. For example:In task screen its showing open tickets as 10, but basically it may be having multiple task on same WO.There may be only 5 WO, it creates 2 tasks & showing 10 tasks.Out of 10, 5 are duplicate cases.Regards,Shiyaz

I have watched the IFS Business planning videos in academy and when trying to execute the planning rule for AR balances I get an error ‘’ The currency code GBP is not valid in the currency rate type 1 in company...’’I have checked that the GBP currency is valid in the currency type 1, and I have also updated the currency rates. Also, the same currency rates and type 1 is used for the business plan that I’m using. See attachments for more info.

We use the parts of the HR module but not using its full functionality. In particular we’d like to get more value from the native Time Reporting (currently use a customised solution primarily to deal with local IR laws) and Employee Development/Training.
Can you recommend any parameters or scheduling app params to check to fix this issue?Only in our Production environment we are seeing manually scheduled tasks being ignored or excluded by the workbench. Inside 30 days out, they appear just as normal, and Appointment Booked activities are also fine.
Hi everyone, Context: The need is to derive the team responsible for the area/polygon and store that same team in the task, being that the FSM will receive only the coordinates (latitude and longitude). The information that is present in the FSM are the coordinates of the extremities of each polygon and the team responsible for it. Objective: Every time a task is created without indicating the team responsible, the FSM, through the coordinates (latitude and longitude) it receives, identifies in which polygon these are inserted, and if it matches, updates this information in the task. Question: Does anyone know a feature in FSM that allows to identify a polygon through coordinates (latitude and longitude)? Best Regards, Pedro Branco
I would like to have a common time reporting in Aurena where the Employee should be able to report time both on projects or work orders. In IEE this is possible from the Time registration window, however when I open Aurena for the same user I only have the option to report time on Project. Should it be possible to also register time on work orders and how do I set it up to enable time reporting for both?
I am hoping I describe this correctly. Has anybody managed to create expressions that assign an Authorisation Task to a Contact User, however this assignment is based upon the Contact User from being selected from a Custom Field on an assystNET form?? If you have not done the above have you instead managed to build SmartMail rules to send an email to a Contact User who has been selected from a Custom Field on an assystNET form?? Any advice, help or guidance will be greatly appreciated
