Hi IFS community When i press “deliver” in an IFS shipment i get the following error: Doeas anyone know what this error is and relates to? Dispatch console-drag & drop of task-how calendar works

HiHow can I apply calendar in dispatch screen? I setup a calendar that has 12 hrs per working day from 6 am to 6 pm, so if task duration is 15 hrs, I expect it to go over 2 days but when I drag & drop the task against the resource in dispatch console, it shows only 1 day (considering 24 hrs of work). The resource is tied with that calendar.

Add Custom Fields to Time Card Hours Summary IFS 10 Aurena

I am trying to add some read only custom fields to the time card screen in IFS Aurena, in the hours summary group, but if I add field to the time card week screen in IEE, it doesn’t show as a field to add in the page designer in Aurena for the hours summary group. Only shows custom fields to add in the drop down in the header in Aurena. Is it possible to add custom fields to this area? Want it to show somewhere in this section.

Shop Order History 'Include as Supply Changed' and 'Include as Demand Changed'

Hello,In the picture I added below, although the shop order was closed before, the work order is opened and becomes "include as demand changed" and "include as supply changed". This is due to why. What is the source of solution for this problem? Can you help me?

Control plan analysis failure and holding serials

I am wondering if IFS has functionality for automatically holding specific serials when they fail and are nonconforming on a control plan analysis line? Currently the analysis page shows you when you have a specific serial which is nonconforming, but it does not seem to change the availability of the part and relies on the operator modifying the availability of the correct serial.

Hello everyone, I would like to inquire about a specific feature in IFS Cloud. We are interested in the Cycle Count functionality. Our Inventory Supervisor has a requirement to categorize inventory parts into three types:Type A: These items should be counted once a month.Type B: These items should be counted quarterly.Type C: These items should be counted yearly.Could you please confirm if IFS Cloud supports this classification and if it can automatically schedule cycle counts based on the assigned classification?If yes, Can you please share the documentation?

Where do manualdeploy files go in Git?

We have a couple files in our delivery with path names like this: UB1-MWS-2220UB\ifsroot\deliveries\InstallationFiles\manualdeploy\database\_utilities\pre\InvalidObjectList.sql I can’t find this file in customer-baseline or customer-solution. If I want to change this file, where would I put it in Git so it gets replaced in the delivery?

Hello, What unit of measure is the Priority Adjustment Factor Weight calculation utilizing? If we have this field set to 100 and the adjustment factor is set to 1000 then how is the the Original date being adjusted (minutes, hours, days)?Original Date + [100 * ( 1 - 1000/ 100 )] or Original Date - 900 what?

Customer Statement of Account auto email

Is there a way to get Customer Statement of Accounts to auto email to the Customers without them having access to IFS to pull up the statement from the Report Archive? Using scheduled reports only sends an email with a link to IFS.

Contractual Performance Withholding and Warranty Retention

We have agreements with some of the customers and sub contractors we are working with for some of the services we deliver with regards to the payments they owe us [We don’t use Customer Agreement functionality in IFS yet and in App9] Invoce 1: There’s a down payment for € 1,000 + 19% VAT - When the CO is released, this has to be settled by the Custmer Invoice 2: At an agreed milestone with the cutomer [Note that the customer retains 10% contractual withholding cost of € 2,200] Invoice 3: At another milestone of delivering more quantities of the 2 services [Note that the quantities here are cumulative, so is the 10% Contractual Performance Withholding retention by the customer which makes the total retention is € 6,750 only at this point by the customer Invoice 4 [Final Invoice] - The services are fully delivered now and the rention goes down to 5% only via a new item called Warrenty Retention, meaning that the balance between € 6,750 and € 5,400 is returned by the customer now T

Hi All,is it possible to activate the list of value for the “to location No” in the Data Collection Configuration “Process Part on Transport Task” to change this location? At the moment it´s not possible: there is only the possibility to select the entered location However, if I enter the location manually, it is accepted by the system. MSMQ service on IFS Util server

Does IFS and especially the UTIL server use the MSMQ services fr anything?Apparently our UTIL server has a version running that has been flagged with potential vulnerability but we don’t know why it is running on that server and non of the others.Anyone know if this is part of IFS or if IFS even uses it?Thanks

Customer order sharing option- Email Order Confirmation doesn't appear

Dear all,The email- Order Confirmation option doesn't get enabled on the sharing tab The following has been followed. On the Customer/Address/General Address Info tab, in the Comm. Method area, the communication method should be set to E-mail and the receiver's e-mail address must be specified in the Value field for the respective customer name. The same customer name should be given in the Customer Contact field of the Customer/Address/Sales Address Information tab.A value in the Reference field must have been entered in the _Customer Order/Order Details tab. If a valid customer contact exists in the Customer/Address/Sales Address Information_ tab, then that value will automatically be set as the reference value, and be used as the e-mail address of the receiver.The customer order should be in Planned, Released, Reserved, Picked, Partially Delivered, Delivered or Invoiced/Closed status.The Email Order Confirmation option in the Customer/Sales/Sales tab should be selected.Need your

Purchase order change order print issues

Hi Everyone, I am facing an issue when printing the purchase order. As you can see in the below image the particulars are repeating. this is happening with the majority of the purchase change orders however some of them are perfect. and also all the purchase orders are working fine. Had checked the report designer too however, it's the same for PO and POCO so I believe if the PO is working fine then it shouldn't be the issue of the report designer. Can anyone suggest how can we resolve this? Thank you in advance
