Hi,we have a custom service report sent to customer once a technician (via mobile) set a task to completed.In the design, the custom service report has a subreport in it. For 1 technician, the generated report attached in the email has error saying “data retrieval failed for the subreport..”.This technician also has access to webclient.When the tech. prints the report form webclient, the report will be printed correctly. Good Morning All,I am aware that the Customer Contact Name which appears on the Work Order (CO Info Tab) is extracted from the Functional Object (Address Set Up).The issue we are experiencing is that when the contact details are updated on the Functional Object the Contacts entered on existing work orders has to be manually updated. For example a large volume of Maintenance Work Orders are created at the start of a contract period. During this contract period the site contact within the Functional Object may need updating. Is there a way a functional Object update can automatically update existing work orders? Many thanks for you help.RegardsDave

The Customer has upgraded from APP9 to IFS Cloud.22R1Configure according to "https://docs.ifs.com/techdocs/22r2/030_administration/030_integration/330_ifs_applications_business_components/190_ext_files_i/#external_file_”In the cloud when we run the external supplier invoice assistant in the batch mode we get the FILENOTEXIST error in background jobs"ORA-20110: ExternalFileUtility.FILENOTEXIST” for the background. IFS seems to automatically assign colours to Pie charts. Result in our example with Delivery Reliability is that the largest number of records (On time) is red and the lowest (late) is green! Not really what a user would expect :-( Any plans to make the pie colour settings adjustable?
We have just had our hosted DEV database refreshed (cloned) from PRD. APPS9 Does anyone have a comprehensive list of activities to be performed post-refresh? For instance, stopping & changing Scheduled tasks. Does anyone have any clever ideas on how to automate any of this (for instance diverting/rebranding emails when NOT sent from PRD to be clear these are not LIVE messages). Thanks in advance.

Hello all, I am hoping some has an answer to this IFS system behavior. I have noticed that when I create an Estimate, and then increase the Revision, the system appears to reorder the Estimate Structure.Below is revision 1: Here is revision 2: As you can see it appears to have reordered the part numbers under the structure. This creates quite a bit of confusion when reviewing estimates as everything is now out of order. I have tried resetting and refreshing the node, but it does not correct them. Any guidance on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this error we have? .’Arguments used to execute current operation are not allowed’ If the employee tries to book time to a project he gets the error. If I, as a full IFS user book the same time to the project for the same employee i can do so.. The employee was able to book time ok, during week 1 but since then not. I have check the project, resource group etc etc Thank you !

I understand the value of being able to rename a serial number but how is the renaming part number function used responsibly? Hello, My customer receives supplier invoice with freight charges on it after having registered arrival of stock - before creating invoice, the customer wants to go to PO and add purchase charges; the issue is that after having already received the parts into inventory, the purchase charge added on PO does not update the inventory transaction value, not yet transferred, hence stock value is not updated to consider purchase charge as well.NB : The inventory transaction gets updated only if the PO charge is added before registering arrival. How to setup system to update transaction even if purchase part is already received ? Thank you

When we create a New Appearance Configuration, the field “context” is not editable and not showing the LOV. When you have manual voucher with quantity in GL, and you want to cancel the voucher; the accounting information is correct, but the quantity is copied from the original voucher - without reversal / cancelling it. Should it?In comparison, if you create manual voucher and then interim voucher - even the quantity gets reversed.

If you have to do several tasks for one customer, it would be nice if you only had to ask for one signature from the customer at the end, so that all service reports are signed. For example, a signature on the last service report and this is transferred to all service requests that were generated for a customer on this day. Thanks Markus Kühnl

Hi,When IFS Cloud starts the user has a starting page which is also where the “blue house” sits. The user can then themselves change the starting page.What I would like to know is if we can centrally control which starting page the user should be on when logged in for the first time.The problem we are trying to solve is the following: The customer wants to build their own lobby page with links to other lobbies and with the ability to put in some information text if needed. The lobby will be adapted so that it works well on a phone.When the phone users log in the first time we want to put them on this lobby page hence it would be useful if there was some sort of user setting for this or some sort of system parameterWe really miss not having the base profiles in the system this would typically be the place where it would be solved if they were on Applications 10The Customer is on IFS Cloud 22R1 and expect to go live in April.

Based on an OpenAPI v2 definition of the CreateAndImportDocument API I have created a custom connector in Azure Logic Apps. The creation of the document works fine, but I fail on the upload (i.e. patch) step.The raw input shows "body": { "FileData":"......." ...however the API seems to only expect the raw file as body. We will be using MWO for task execution inside a work order & our requirement is to NOT ALLOW the task to be work started until some flag is set to YES in the db (basically inside the task, there should be some set of fields that must be Y/some approval process after which only FSE can mark the work to work started. Is there a way to achieve this?
Case Management - Comments field capped to 4000 character is impairing use of case management. Cases updates and progression are logged in commentary and system does not have any other area where logging and display case updates and history. Case Management Journal is not an option to solve this.
