Is it possible to email an ORDER BASED confirmation reminder, without having to use the print preview?

From the purchase order confirmation reminders screen it is possible to print an order based confirmation reminder. But when using the e-mail confirmation reminder option it will always create one e-mail per line.

 Is it possible to configure the e-mail (event action) in such a way that an order based e-mail is sent?

I already compared the reports that are generated, both have the same report id and report title. So I can't use that as conditions. Is there anything else I can do?

Kindly note that the Email Confirmation Reminder has been added to Purchase Order Confirmation Reminders and Purchase Order Delivery Reminders later through a customer requested enhancement request (most probably in IFS App7). This is how it has been developed upon that customer request and at that time of development, merging lines into a single mail (supplier based / order based) had not been considered. This is a new feature request.

Until there is progress in terms of processing this new feature request (if any), we hope that using "Print confirmation reminder- Order based button" to manually send an email is an acceptable workaround.
